Colour:

Golden – almost orange looking. White persistent head. Slight haze.

Aroma:

Tropical fruit, white wine grape, mango, stonefruit, resinous hop aroma. Clean.

Flavour:

Clean yeast character. Tropical fruit, mango, berry, resinous hop flavour. Some malt sweetness which is bready with hints of caramel. Assertive bitterness which is balanced with the malt sweetness.

Body:

Medium body. Assertive bitterness but not astringent. Medium carbonation.

Tasting Note:

This west coast style IPA is packed full of all your favourite American hops, bringing aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, grape, mango, berry, and hop resin. The assertive hop bitterness is well balanced by a bready, caramel malt sweetness.
